Sign up for a group session and show up on time.

You'll have a preparation call with your group where you'll help each other choose what to focus on and give some encouragement. Then you'll have four silent focus blocks (25 minutes each) with 5-minute breaks in between. After that, a quick reflection call.

You'll see others progress, and everybody will see your progress.
